Documents can be renamed at any time - on upload, after upload and after they have been added to a specific meeting.
To rename a document after it has been uploaded, go to Documents, then click on the upper-right button, choose the manage tags and documents option from the drop-down. Select the tag to find the document to rename. Then update the doc name and hit save.
This is awkward and will be changed in V4.
During Upload
Edit the document's name during uploading.
* The document name will be updated everywhere in BoardSpace. This change does not affect the original document that is on your local computer.
