Can I have 2 recording secretaries at the same time?

No, you can only have one recording secretary active at one time.  But, you can assign the role to another person easily. Only people with administrative privileges change add or change the recording secretary.

2. Follow these steps.

Step 1

Go to Board Settings

Click on

Go to Recording Secretary from the drop-down list

Step 2

Using the left side radio buttons select the appropriate person

Step 4

Click Save, you will see that the 'Current Recording Secretary' has the new name beside it
