Recording Secretary

The recording secretary is the BoardSpace user who is able to create agendas, create draft minutes, take the minutes, and add documents to specific agenda items.


It is each to change recording secretaries. Anyone who has administrative privileges can make the change 


1.  Go to meetings. Pick new person from drop-down list situated at the right-hand side of Recording Secreatry

2. Go to Board Settings (purple circle at the top left) - Recording Secretary - selecting a user from list or adding a new user.
