1. Device Compatibility

• BoardSpace is versatile and can be accessed on desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
• Ensure your device's operating system is always up-to-date.
• There's no need to download any software – simply access it via a web browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

2. Logging In

• Use this direct link to access your dashboard: BoardSpace Login.
• Alternatively, visit the BoardSpace website and click on the 'Login' button located in the top-right corner.

3. User Access & Roles

• Once logged in, users are granted access to boards and committees where they hold an active position.
• Individuals can hold multiple roles: from super admins with additional admin privileges to recording secretaries and directors. Positions can be customized based on the needs of each organization.

4. Real-Time Operation

• BoardSpace operates in real-time. For instance, if a meeting is scheduled for January 15, ensure that directors are added before the meeting – ideally a day in advance. If added later, they won't appear in the attendance list for that specific meeting.

5. Adding New People 

• Ideally, add directors and officers after your initial board meeting setup but before the meeting date.
• Newly added individuals receive an email invitation to set up their account and password. Keep the board informed about BoardSpace, so these emails don't catch them off guard.

6. Initial Access for New People

• New people will be prompted to create a password upon their first login attempt.
• Passwords must be robust: at least 8 characters long, with one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character for enhanced security. Following a successful setup, a confirmation email will be sent.
• New people will be shown a Guide that takes the new user through BoardSpace basics.

• We prioritize your data's security. Strict password rules are in place to ensure the protection of your information.
