What is the library?

If the library is activated, it means that all your documents and tags are shared to your board and committees.


On the left-hand side menu bar, Library replaces Documents 


How are tags managed?


For each space designated as a board, tags are managed by the admins. Any committees can not add, remove, merge tags. 


The organization has one set of documents accessible by every space and one set of common tags.


Can one of my committees opt out of the library?

Yes, you want to keep a committee separate from the library.


How do I get access to the library?

The library is an add-on that is activated by a BoardSpace administrator at the time of purchase or any time after.
