How do I view or download documents?

Documents can be viewed or downloaded to your computer. 

What does "view your documents" mean? Instead of downloading a document to your computer, viewing a document opens it in a separate browser tap where it can be read. It is not saved to your computer.

Downloading a documents puts a copy of the document on your computer. 

Option 1 Access Documents from Meeting Attachments

Go to Meetings

Click on Attachments - yellow button - 

This shows the documents attached to a meeting and where it fits in the agenda.

Click on	What does the icon mean?
	Opens the document in a separate browser tab.
	Downloads the document to the users' computer.

Option 2  Access Documents from the Documents Section

Go to Documents (icon on the left-hand side of page)

Scroll down to the list of document names. It will look like the image below.
