Documents can be viewed or downloaded to your computer.
What does "view your documents" mean? Instead of downloading a document to your computer, viewing it opens in a separate browser tab where it can be read. It is not saved to your computer.
If the document does not open, or if you notice a spinner endlessly spinning, check that "allow popups" has been set for your browser.
For troubleshooting, go to this page.
