Find includes a) Activity Log and b) History

Go to Find

Activity Log

The activity log is an audit trail of every activity made by every person. Examples of activities include adding or removing documents, creating meetings, adding or completing actions, adding or removing events, and adding or removing users.

The activity log can be searched by date range or activity type. Search results show a list of activity types, user name, when it took place, and what happened and possibly a link to view.

History

This section allows people to search for any information that has been added to the platform. It could be a specific motion related to a new bylaw or a document that was uploaded about the annual meeting.

To perform a basic keyword search, select at least one activity type from the available options such as documents, agenda items, notifications, etc. and enter at least one keyword related to your query.

Optionally, you can also add a date range to narrow down your search.
