1. From the meeting list page - Go to Notify (left-hand side menu)
2. Click on Send Notifications (at top of page)
3. Send to: Check off who you want to send to.
4. Option 2 - Custom message
5. Add the subject line and message.
6. Click send.
OR
If the agenda is ready for review
7. Pick Option 1
8. From the dropdown - select meeting date.
9. Choose "Agenda is ready for review."
