I can't view a document.

Troubleshooting Document Viewing

If the document does not open, check that "allow popups" has been set for your browser. You might also notice that after clicking on the view icon, a spinner starts spinning. 

Instructions are provided for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.

In Chrome; 

1. Click on the three vertical dots at the right-hand side. 

2. Click on settings. 

3. Enter "pop-ups" in the search bar. 

4. Go to Pop-ups and redirects and allow pop-ups.

In Safari;

1. Navigate to Safari 
2. Settings (or Preferences)
3. Click on "Websites," then select "Pop-up Windows" on the left and choose "Allow" from the dropdown menu for the specific website or globally. 

Here's a more detailed breakdown:

On a Mac:

1. Open Safari and go to Safari > Settings (or Preferences). 
2. Click on the "Websites" tab. 
3. Click on "Pop-up Windows" on the left-hand side. 
4. Choose "Allow" from the pop-up menu for the website you want to allow pop-ups for. 

On an iPhone or iPad:

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap "Safari".
3. Toggle off the "Block Pop-ups" option.

5. Specific Website Settings: You can also allow pop-ups for a specific website only, rather than globally.

In Firefox;

1. Open Firefox and click the three bars at the right of the address bar.
2. Click Settings – Privacy & Security.
3. Scroll down to find Permissions and click deselect the box next to “Block pop-up windows”

Microsoft Edge 

Go to Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Pop-ups and redirects, and toggle off the "Block" setting. 

Here's a more detailed breakdown:

1. Open Microsoft Edge: click the three dots (Settings and more) in the top-right corner. 
2. Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu. 
3. Click "Cookies and site permissions" in the left-hand menu. 
4. Scroll down and click "Pop-ups and redirects". 
5. Toggle the "Block" setting to off: to allow pop-ups. 
6. Optionally, add specific websites to the "Allow" list: if you only want to allow pop-ups from certain sites. 
7. Click "Add" in the "Allow" section. 
8. Type or paste the website address in the "Add a site" box. 
9. Click "Add" again.
